Assured Energy Solutions Limited deliver market leading lighting solutions underwritten by a Total System 10 Year Warranty. We partner with leading manufacturers such as Siteco and Clevertronics to deliver solutions across the Education sector including Universities and Student Accommodation. Established in 2008 we have extensive experience of delivering turnkey lighting solutions into this sector and in particular student accommodation across a number of new build and retrofit projects.

Lifecycle and sustainability are at the core of what we deliver for our customers to drive cost efficiencies and carbon reduction. Through the 10-year warranty we are able to deliver maintenance cost free for a decade. Doubling lifecycle and reducing equipment replacement increases carbon reduction in tandem with using the most efficient lighting products from our Partners.

Our experience in Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) is extensive, having scoped and delivered over 250,000 fittings into new build and retrofit projects across many UK sites. We have worked with our customers to remove huge estates of the now banned fluorescent lighting. Helping them significantly reduce carbon, costs and making them compliant on general and emergency lighting.
